About Us

Commitment - Begun in 1981, Pine Island Toastmasters Club #4535 is dedicated to the mission of Toastmasters clubs everywhere. By providing experience and support, we sharpen our own and each other’s communication and leadership skills.

Fellowship - We embrace people from all walks of life, men and women, from 18 years old to the young at heart. Our roster lists members from the surrounding communities as well as Pine Island. Such diversity enriches both our personal and professional lives.

Fun - Pine Island Toastmasters aim high—without taking ourselves too seriously. We value learning, focus on progress rather than perfection and always enjoy a good laugh.

Guests are welcome any time and may visit as often as they like.

Membership

Membership is open to all over 18 years of age. There is a new member fee of $20 to cover educational supplies and processing the registration with Toastmasters International. Membership dues are $27.00 (semi-annual). Members should attend meetings on a regular basis, but not necessarily every meeting. The more you attend, the more you benefit.
